Each membership includes a maximum of two adults residing in the same household. If you are applying for more than one member in your household, you will be prompted to provide phone and email information for both members.

Your Name:
The information you enter when you register goes in the LYC Directory. (i.e., if you want to be called Steve instead of Stephen, put in Steve; Kathe instead of Katherine). This applies for a New Member on name tags as well. It is very important for you to carefully check for typos on your entries. you will be able to update your own profile information at any time.
Duplicate Registrations:
We have had several instances where both spouses fill out registration forms. Please check with each other . One member should be the "Household" or Primary member. Your partner or spouse information should be entered as the secondary member in your household.
The Membership period is September 1 to August 31:
Due to our printer's deadline, we will need to receive your registration by November 1st to include you in our Annual LYC Directory.
